Through incisions only a few millimeters long, fat is first loosened with tumescent fluid and ultrasound or laser energy, then removed with fine cannulas in controlled, even movements.

Once you are comfortably anesthetized, the treatment areas are infiltrated with tumescent solution — a saline mixture that numbs the tissue, minimizes bleeding and makes fat easier to remove safely.
With Vaser (ultrasound) or laser assistance, fat cells are gently loosened from the surrounding tissue. This step protects nerves and blood vessels, reduces bruising and stimulates the skin to tighten as it heals.
